Do I need to connect Google or Yelp?
No. TrueRep Local is built for paste-in reviews. Copy a review from any platform, generate a reply, then post it yourself.
Will TrueRep Local post replies for me?
Not automatically. You stay in control — generate a draft, edit it, then copy and paste it wherever the review lives.
How does reply style work?
Mix tones (Professional, Friendly, Empathetic, Concise, Casual, Grateful, Apologetic, Witty), add optional notes, and choose whether to include your name, location, or business name in the reply.
What’s included for free?
You can generate 3 replies without an account. After that, a free account includes 5 more AI generations to try it out. Subscribe to Basic ($25/mo or $255/yr) for 50/month, Professional for unlimited replies plus Brand Scorecard and custom brand voice, or Enterprise for multi-location management. Annual billing saves 15%.
What is the Your Brand scorecard?
It turns your pasted reviews into a public-perception score, rating mix, and improvement insights so you can see how your brand is coming across. Brand Scorecard is available on Professional and Enterprise.
Is my data private?
Your reviews and profile are stored in your account and protected with row-level security. Other users can’t see your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How does referring a friend work?
Share your referral link from Review Replier or Settings. When a friend creates an account with that link and subscribes, they get a free month (30-day trial at checkout). You get a credit equal to one month of your current plan on your next Stripe invoice. If you’re still on the free plan, the credit is one month of Basic.
How do I report a bug or share an idea?
Use the Send feedback page linked in the footer. We review every submission.
