TrueRep Local ("we", "us") provides a paste-and-reply tool for local businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details such as email, name, and business name
- Reviews and context you paste, plus AI-generated reply drafts
- Billing identifiers from Stripe (customer and subscription IDs), not full card numbers
- Basic product usage needed to enforce plan limits
- Product analytics events such as page views, reply generation, signup, and checkout (not the review text you paste)
- A visitor cookie and hashed IP address to enforce the 3-reply guest trial before signup
How we use information
- To generate and store review reply drafts for your account
- To operate Brand Scorecard and location features you enable
- To process subscriptions and prevent abuse
- To understand where visitors drop off and improve the product
- To respond to support requests you send us
Processors
We use trusted processors to run the product, including Supabase (auth and database), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (reply generation), PostHog (product analytics and session replay with form fields masked), and our hosting provider. They process data only to provide their services to us.
Your choices
You can update profile details in the app, cancel a subscription through Stripe billing, or delete your account in Settings. Deleting your account cancels any paid plan and removes associated profile and review data from our primary database, subject to ordinary backup retention.
