By using TrueRep Local, you agree to these terms. If you are using the product for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
The service
TrueRep Local helps you draft replies to customer reviews you paste into the product. We do not post replies for you, and we do not connect to Google, Yelp, or other review platforms on your behalf.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate business information and only paste content you have the right to use.
Plans and billing
Free accounts include 5 AI replies to try the product. Visitors can generate 3 replies before creating an account. Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the pricing shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access returns to free limits when the paid period ends.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, probe other customers' data, or use generated content for unlawful or deceptive purposes. We may suspend accounts that harm the product or other users.
AI-generated content
Reply drafts are AI-assisted starting points. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding what to publish. We do not guarantee that drafts are error-free or suitable for every situation.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
